broken items from BRU
how is BRU about them?
Our swing is malfunctioning and we've used it barely at all (my ds hates it). The swing is off my registry, but was purchased about 4 months ago.
Do you think BRU will let me exchange it?

I was just there, and the person in front of me was returning things from her registry. She did not have a receipt. They told her that the items would have had to been purchased no more than 3 months ago. I don't know if they can really check that, but I would tell them that you have had it for less than three months, just to be safe.

Who makes the swing? I know Fisher Price has excellent customer service. My swing stopped working with this child and I called to ask about it. The rep said that it's 2 years old so it isn't under warranty but she said that as a one time courtesy, they will send a new motor and they did.

It's Graco. Hmmm i guess i will call both BRU and Graco then.

Graco is also very good. I was having a problem with my high chair and they sent me a whole new back and straps. I would try them.

I have a broken rainforst swing that never worked.
I went to BRU to see what I would have to do...they told me bring it in with the box...I said I don't have the box...they said no deal then.
I have to call FP.

okay so i called BRU and apparently since it was an online order, you only have 30 days.
I mean really? why would an online order be different than any other purchase?
So she said that i have to call Graco...

could you add it to your registry again and then mark it purchased, so it looks like it was within 30 days? i don't know if that trick will work or not, but it is worth a try!
