Re: broker or bank
It's a personal decision. I know many girls that went with a broker and had great success. We went with a bank and are very happy.

Re: broker or bank
We are going through a broker and have had nothing but an amazing experience with them!
If you want a referral, let me know!
eta - nevermind - just saw that you were working with someone already!

Re: broker or bank
When we bought our home we went with a broker and when we buy our new house we are going through a bank. Their was alot of additional fees on their that we had no clue about. So this time we will not.
Not all brokers are crooks thought either and I think we just screwed even though I thought we would be taken care of. After that experience it left a bad taste in my mouth.
