She was born in 2007, so she's 9 or almost 9. I wouldn't dress my 8 year old like that either, although she is cute. Her hair looks dyed too. Not for me.

The outfit on the little girl is cute, but I hate when little girls wear heels. Its just something I dont personally like.
And it appears her hair is dyed same exact color as mommys.
Shes probably a bit young for that but I dont mind that as much as the shoes. I see little girls her age with blue and purple streaks in their hair. If my dd wanted that I would do it.
But whateva to each is own Im in no position to judge. Cute girl
and hate brooks shoes, like her dress.

My son is the same age as her dd and none of the girls who are in his grade wear anything like this. This would be fine for a twelve year old, but not an eight or nine year old. My dd is not so much younger and I would not let her wear that either. The dress and shoes are adorable, but it makes her look so much older, and IMO inappropriate. It is a fine line between this and when she gets older dressing inappropriately, because if this is ok at 8, where does she go from there. It will not be a good place. Fwiw, I have let my dd put threaded color streaks in her hair for fun over the summer. It was not permanent and could be removed in about two seconds.
