Brooklyn People: Best Pizza??
So I'm sitting here having a couple of slices of a La Villa pie and I'm wondering what you all think of Brooklyn Pizza.
Here's my list:
1- Totono's (I'm a Coney Island girl....)
2- La Villa (I heard the one in Mill Basin burned down??  )
3- Tony's on 86th and 20th ave.
Haven't been to DiFara's or L&B recently, so I can't put them on my list...

For me, hands down L&B...best pizza EVER.
Totonno's is a close second...
I've lived in PA for almost 4 years now...and on several occasions have taken a trip into Brooklyn just for the L&B pizza...

we love the pizza from pizza empourium on ave s and est 35th. original pizza is also good. im picky with my pizza. very rarely do i have pizza outside of brooklyn

MIL lives in Bensonhurst...whenever I am there I must go to Lenny's on 86th street!! She lives about two blocks away and its the downfall of me!! My absolute fave!!!
And for some reason..as much as people love L & B....I just don't think its that outstanding.

I live Bensonhurst and have my whole life. I love Ciro's on 18th Avenue & 72nd Street. LB is great too.

DH grew up in Brooklyn and all I ever hear about is Lenny and John's, especially their rice balls. We have been to L & B a/k/a Spumoni Gardens alot as well, the pizza was ok, not out of this world

Dh is from brooklyn he loves and I like Christina's in Mill basin. When we go to Brooklyn we get it from there or Lenny and John's. Ahh, Brooklyn pizza...... YUM!

patsy's/grimaldi's under the brooklyn bridge
i have never been a fan of l&b but it is growing on me
dh and i went to totonos(sp) after seeing it on tv and hearing from friends and were not impressed at all, it was okay but we didn't think it was worth all the hype
and lenny and johns was always only good after a night of drinking lol

Grimaldi's is the best.
I like L & B...but don't travel very often to go there. my dh is not a fan.
in terms of my neighborhood...I like Smiling on 9th & 7th. it's a good standby.
My fav was right around the corner from my house on 5th ave until they switched owners.
there are very few sub par neighborhood joints....though that will most likely be changing soon as we lose Brooklyn to the onslaught of non-New Yorkers moving in

isn't L&B the place where they have stacks of pizza waiting before you even get there? come on, that's not how you serve pizza...plus, it tastes just slightly better than frozen pizza.
I say Grimaldi's (under the Bklyn Bridge) all the way!

if you order it well done, omg, it is the best...but i will say Gino's in ho beach has the best sicilian and OZ pizza is pretty fab too.
