I actually got a mattress from BBB. I got the Colgate Regal. When I spoke with my Dr, it was the best price for an orthopedic mattress for the baby's spinal development.

Super Maxipedic Mattress by: Simmons
It was reccomended in the Baby Bargains book.
As was the Colgate Foam one that someone mentioned above.
