BRU-mini vent!
So far my experience with BRU has been great until this week.
#1- My shower is Saturday and all of a sudden a bunch of things on my registry are no longer available. I guess that really isn't their fault, but it is very annoying!
#2 I got wtwo packages in the mail today. They were gifts for my shower. First of all, the boxes looked as if a 500lb elephant had sat on them. Then when I opened the boxes, the packing slip said right on it what the gifts were!!!!!!! My shower is not a surprise, but at least I wanted the gifts to be. 
UGGGHHH!

That usually just means that it isnt availble on line anymore but the stores still have it.

I can relate-
I keep updating my registry with similiar items due to my original ones being unavailable AND
I too received gifts in the mail already and my pack n play box was beat up- I havent opened it yet-
lets see if I have to return it due to damaged!!!!
I hope not!

My aunt accidentally shipped a few gifts to me and it was the SAME thing. First of all four different gifts arrived on three different days. 1st package was okay, 2nd and 3rd were TRAMPLED, and 4th was left sitting out in the rain NOT in a box (a shipping label was slapped on the original packaging).

Uh, I have been annoyed at BRU all week too!! I have called them to complain (even though I know it won't help I needed to vent). My shower is also in a week and a half and half the items are unavailable online Which especially stinks because I am having my shower in Miami so many people are shipping the bulkier items to my house.
I am glad someone shares in my frustration (although not glad its happening to you.
Sorry for the long post - Can you tell I have been annoyed for a week
