BRU rave

so i had to return stuff from my shower and ended up with a store credit of over $500, so i decided to buy stuff i needed (including the crib mattress), i had a 10% your entire purchase coupon that is good for fri-sun, so i asked the manger since i was going to be pretty much spending the whole store credit buying stuff i needed, if they would honor it early for me and she said no problem. So i go to pay and sure enough the amount adds up to the store credit ( i had like $25 left on the gift card after all was said and done),

so i get home and look at my receipt and see the lady made a mistake and only took 10% off my crib mattress, not my total which was like a $45 difference, so i go back today and the same lady is there and i explain what happened and she said no problem, so hear she is having to ring up all my purchases AGAIN (i had like 20 things and it took her foreve,r which i appreciated) and at the end when shes finished it the register wouldn't take 10% off the whole thing, so she ended up doing it all over AGAIN and took 10% off each item individually, so i ended up saving over $50 and she left the $25 from yesterday on there too, she was so nice and patient and could have been annoyed or a ***** but wasn't, and i kept apologizing and she said she actually thought about me yesterday after i left b/c she also thought the amount that was taken off was too low, anyway, just wanted to let you guys know how helpful i found them

I had a good experience last week too. We had to return the pack and play that was on my registry and the store on SI said they wouldn't take it back b/c they didn't carry the pattern in the store.

Well, at the Bohemia store there was a guy who said the same thing and then the manager butted in and said they'd take it. Which was awesome b/c we got a $97 store credit

That's great!! We returned a bunch of stuff there the other day, over $300 worth, and the lady was soooo helpful, checking all the clothes to see if they sold them there.

Man, I have that coupon too and am waiting until Friday to get in there, we have a bunch of stuff to buy!! I should have asked if we could use the coupon then...although it's ok if we have to go back Friday.
