Brunch location near Farmingdale for a Christening party?

Brunch location near Farmingdale for a Christening party?
DH and I are planning to do a Sunday brunch for our daughter's Christening one the same day as the actual baptism, but beforehand. (Baptism is a Sunday at 2pm.)
Does anyone have any suggestions for a place that could hold 60+ people in the Farmingdale area? I'm going to call 56 Fighter Group and Black Forest Brew Haus. Where else should I try?

Palmers Grille in Farmingdale. I had my rehearsal dinner there in a beautiful private room right outside the bar.

The rosewood inn in Melville on rt 110 does a nice brunch but I'm not sure how many people they can hold.

We had our sons Christening at Palmers - they did a great job, and everyone raved about the food!

we did the Babylon Carriage house for a Christening Brunch..
it was fantastic..food was delish, the place is beautiful (we did our party in the loft upstairs, fireplace etc..it was gorgeous!!)
and the price was VERY good
