Brunch Menu
I'm hosting brunch the next two Sudays at our home. Guests are arriving at 11am.
Here is what is on the menu so far:
Bagels and Spreads Yogurt Parfait Fresh Fruit Platter Quiche - Does anyone have a good recipe?
Does this feel too light? Any other suggestions?

Re: Brunch Menu
How about muffins and / or banana bread, as well as sausage / bacon.
I had a brunch recenlty. I cooked all the bacon and sausage before ppl arrived, covered it in the oven warming until I served it.
I also made this fritatta in a 9 * 13 dish - i mixed all the wet ingredients the night before, sauteed the potatoes, mixed in the dry ingredients and popped it in the oven - it only needed 45 minutes in the oven. Make sure you butter the baking dish really well. Using the baking dish allowed me to cut up 3 inch squares and serve them on a pretty platter
potato basil frittata
I have also made this quiche with a lot of success and compliments
spinach quiche
I use store bought pastry (never mastered making my own)

Re: Brunch Menu
It seems too light to me IMO. I would do eggs, bacon or sausage, maybe even pancakes or waffles. but that's just me.
