The waiter roared with laughter and Jessica turned marinara-red as the guy replied: "My dear, all of our dressings are Italian!"

funny! DH did something similar when we were in France. He saw Onion soup on the menu and asked if I thought it was like French Onion soup...

I don't get why that's funny or dumb... 
When I was in Italy my friend asked a waiter if they had fresh rigotta cheese. He had NO idea what she was talking about. Is that dumb? Because I'd think they would have it in Italy, yet they didn't...
