BTDT - flying with 2 kids when you aren't bringing 2 car seats?

I don't think we will be able to fit our bags, double stroller and car seat etc in our car - and we are trying to figure out what to do and now to get to the airport.

We are bringing DD#2's car seat on the plane she will be turning 1 on the trip. DD#2 will be one month shy of 3 when we go. I'm not bringing her car seat b.c we aren't renting a car in WDW. I plan to use CARES.

How do you all get to the airport? I don't think we will have family who will be able to help us.

Can you either rent a minivan and drop it off at the airport, I know PITA, or get a cab company and request a mini van, I know som cab companies have mini vans in their fleet??? Never done that before, so just a few things that came to mind...

Not actually legal since she wasn't 4 and didn't met the weight requirements yet but we allowed my DD to use a booster seat to get to and from the airport and to use on the plane. It was a lot smaller than bringing two car seats.
