BTDT Moms- Did anyone have painful, dry skin on hands & feet during pregnancy?
I know the severe cold is not helping, but my hands and feet are so dry and hurt so much. I mean it hurts to walk and move my hands, like opening a sippy cup or a cap. I have been putting on a ton of moisturizer. I have never experience this so bad, it's painful. I am trying to figure out if this related to my pregnancy. This is my 3rd pregnancy and I have never experienced this before.

i didnt but i use to get such bad dry legs it would bleed. my derm told me to apply lotion right after the shower-while still wet. it absorbed better that way.

This, and let it air dry, not towel off.
I also used Aveeno lotion. Or Sarna because I was so itchy from the dryness.

Yes!! This is my second pregnancy, and my hands are in BAD shape. My knuckles are so dry that they crack and bleed...I got blood on DD's clothes when I was getting her dressed yesterday, gross! My IL's gave me Neutrogena Norwegian Formula hand cream yesterday...they swear by it in the winter. I used it last night for the first time and do notice a little improvement, so I'll let you know.

I have been using baby aveeno lotion. My hands and feet are a little better.
