BTDT Moms of toddler and infant - car seat ?

My DD will be 2 when this baby arrives and I am just thinking about how I would position the car seats in the back seat. Right now I just have DD in the convertible car seat in the middle.
How did you position infant seat and toddler car seat?

I put the infant seat on the passenger side and moved my DD's convertible seat behind the driver seat.

I was told they had to be one on each side. I really wanted one in the middle and one on side so it would be easier for someone to ride in the back if necessary. I am not happy with the seats like this but I didn't have an option according to the person who installed them (and it was professionally done).

I discovered that I can fit between the two seats but it's tight and claustrophobic (and I'm a small person).

I put the infant car seat in the middle, the toddler car seat beside it (behind the driver). My eldest, 6 y/o, sits in the 3rd row with his booster (sometimes all three kids are in the 2nd row if it's a short trip somewhere).
