BTDT moms-weight at 6m to 12m
I am trying to figure out sizing for DS over the winter. Everyone swears to me that he will stop gaining so much weight as he gets more mobile. He is currently 6 months and weighs 18+lbs. I am unsure how much to anticipate over the next few months.
Can you share how much your DC weighed at 6m, 9m and 12m? Thanks so much!

Good question! Right now at 6m my little guy is around 20 lbs  for the fall I bought him a few 12 months but mostly 18 months since I know everything shrinks...I can't wait until he is more mobile and stops gaining so much weight! He is getting tough to carry around!

at 6 months DD was 16 lbs. at her 1 year check up she was only 19 lbs. now at 15 months she's 21 lbs.
If you want to know approx weight gain i would look at one of the growth chart since usually they stay on the same path. my DD was in the 50th percentile till the last checkup so that should give you a good guesstimate.

10M - 16 pounds, 10 ounces
12.5M - 20 pounds, 3 ounces
15M - 20 pounds, 15 ounces

I think that DS was around 18 pounds at 6 months and 27.25 inches. At 8 months he was 28 inches and 22 pounds, at 10 months he grew to 30.5 inches and weighed 24 pounds, 3 oz.
