BTDT moms...my due date is today and have been having menstrual cramps
radiating into my back for about an hour, no contractions...any suggestions?

That sounds like back labor. Can you time the pain (if that makes sense?)

i had that a week before my water broke. My Dr said it was my body preparing for labor but didnt mean I was going to go into labor anytime soon. It could have been that day or 2 weeks later! It ended up happening a week after

I had kind of menstrual cramps 5 days a week before DS was born and again before I went into labor. There was a moment when they were consistent and more painful, and it was when I was in labor and heading to the hospital.
