Buffalo Chicken Wings
My husband and I are obsessed with Buffalo Wings and want to make them. Does anyone make them without frying them? We brought home some Kens Buffalo Sauce (as per the recommendation of my sister) and really want to try doing them. TIA!

Re: Buffalo Chicken Wings
I've baked them in the oven. I just bought a big bag 'o frozen wings from Costco, baked them per the package directions, then poured on Frank's buffalo wing sauce. Perfecto!

Re: Buffalo Chicken Wings
if you have a deep fryer, that can be even better. just fry them up and toss them in wing sauce.
i like to use either frank's red hot or Cholula. then add a little bit of vinegar (just a smidge), salt & pepper, some softened butter to it, to thicken up the wing sauce and then toss the wings in it, and voila!

I do this too sometimes. I have to say that there's no better way to have buffalo wings than deep fried with butter and Franks red hot.

True Buffalo wings are deep fried. I know, I'm surrounded by them. Honestly, the tyson ones are pretty close. I'm not sure if they have them by you. You have to broil and not bake them.

I don't have a deep fryer, but I could always buy one just for this purpose!!! Maybe not.
