Re: Build a House
thats a pretty general question because what style, how big, what upgrades, tiling work, fireplace, etc... all affect the price. So it all depends on what you're looking for... (there is no set price)

Re: Build a House
we are rebuilding our house. it was a cape in massapequa and when we are done it will be a 4 bedroom colonial, over 4000 sq feet Tri level deck, inground pool, and hot tub.
also doing foundation work cause we are extending it out, and extending the basement
i think the estimated cost will be about 300-350k for everything

There are too many variables to give you an answer. It depends on the cost of the lot (assuming a vacant lot) or the cost of the house if you plan to knock it down to build.
Then it also depends on the house you want to build. Building can range from $50 psf to $200 psf or more including materials and labor. The upgrades are limitless.
