Bulletproof Diet
Hi All,
I just wanted to share with you the Bulletproof Diet, I've had so much success with it, that I can't stop talking about it! Nothing has worked in the past for me, diets were hard to stick with, I never felt like working out…..
It's along the lines of Paleo/no grains/low carb/highgood fat. Its about gut health and performance. A lot of athletes use it.
I've lost weight with minimal exercise…(I just started doing 2 miles a day on the treadmill this week.) It redistributes body fat and adds muscle…. My Husband has had stomach issues for half of his life…all of which went away with this diet….or really, lifestyle change. I realize I sound like an ad, but I swear I'm not trying to be lol. Anyway I'm really proud of us lol. Here is a picture of before and after....ignore my stupid faces lol.

Congrats to you and your hubby! Sounds like you found a life change, not just a diet. I am a fan of food plans like that, and it's good to know its working for you.
