Bump inside lower lip?
I know it's TMI, but I've drained it a few times and thought it was done but it keeps coming back.
I made an appt with the oral surgeon for tomorrow.
Anyone have this?
It's some sort of clogged saliva duct or something?

YES! I have had this!!
When I get it, it's like a clear-ish bump on my bottom lip (on the inside) in the center.
It doesn't hurt, though it's very uncomfortable. Mine has drained  just from my teeth rubbing against it ... and it's SO gross!!
I brought it up to my dentist once before but since it's not always there, it wasn't there at the time I was at the appointment. It never lasts long, that's why I've never actually shown it to a dr... but I have had it on and off for the past 5 years or so! 
I googled it online and it seems to be a blocked salivary duct or something...... I also read that if it disappears and comes back, it's not bad....... it's if it appears and just stays there that it's bad because that's characteristic of a tumor!
Good luck and please let me know what they tell you since I think I have the same thing!!!

I'm going to the oral surgeon tonight.
This sucks because I'm leaving for vacation next Friday and I don't want to be in any pain while on vacation!
When I've drained it it's gross. I feel like I've already done surgery on myself.

I had it removed. It was a mucocele. Traumatized salivary gland.
I have a few stiches and got lots of novacaine. It's more annoying than anything.
They sent it out for biopsy but they doubt it's anything but that.
The stiches will dissolve but the are annoying!

Well the stitches are gone..they kind of unravel and then you just have the bumpiness of that skin inside for a while.
It feels so much better. I recommend getting it done even though I was very uncomfy for a few days.

My dh had this a few times. It just eventually stopped coming back. Yes, it was a clogged duct.

Yes, that was what it was called. DH had that.
It's almost all healed up. Now I have a sore under my tongue because I keep running my tongue over it and that means over my front lower teeth. Can't win!
