BUMPING, a huge THANK YOU to mommyIam - Need opinions re: a pic on a Holiday Card

mommyIam graciously editted the pic and put a pair of navy blue shorts on G. I think it cam out great and I am so excited to use this pic for the Holiday cards.
Edited to add 11/22 - Okay, I know I am obsessing, but I so love this pic and how it looks on the card. I edited the pic in PhotoShop to blur his booty. Do you still think it's not right or not appropiate? It's 1 of 3 pics on the card and the pics are small. I am not finding another pic I like.

Hi Ladies,
I am working on our Holiday card (I am so proud of myself, I usually do it last minute, however with the anticipation of our baby boy being born on Christmas, I figured let's get it over and done with so if I go early it's done).
The theme of the holiday card is the top 10 moments of 2010, so you list 10 things then you can add 3 pics to the card. 2 of the moments refer to the beach, swimming, crabbing etc.. So I think it is appropiate to put a pic of Gavin at the beach.
Anyway, I really like this one pic of Gavin running naked down the beach in the summer. It's a long distance shot, the colors are beautiful, the footprints in the sand etc... Here it is:
Do you think it is appropiate or not?
Edited to take down pic, I love it, but don't want to be sorry that I used it, so I need to find another one representing summer!

I don't know about this story. But I guess it is better to be safe then sorry. Maybe I can PhotoShop a bathing suit on him, LOL!

I would not use it for Holiday cards.
I also don't think you will be allowed to have someone print out pics on a card with a naked child. A store might even report you.
While I do think little naked baby butt are cute, not everyone thinks it is.

I love baby butts, I find nothing wrong with them, but I do think other people might not appreciate the picture. I love it, but I'm not like all people.
I can photoshop a pair of navy shorts on that pic
or maybe tan his bottom a little to match the rest of him so its not so obvious.

its an adorable pic. But I wouldnt use it either.
I remmeber that story about the mom that got her kids taken away for a short while because of some issue with printing bath tub pics. Id be afraid to use it
