Burned Lip! What can I do?

I went to get my eyebrows waxed yesterday and I let the woman talk me into getting my lip waxed. We'll now the reddness has faded but I have a burn mark from the wax. I am so mad. Anyone have any remedies for me???? PLEASE!

Aloe for burns. Never go back to the same store. In fact, calling & complaining is warranted.

aww i'm sorry.

aloe is great, and some vitamin E cream (like cocoa butter) will make it heal a little faster.

putting milk on a washcloth or papertowel will soothe it

wow- I am really sorry-- Needless to say, I would not et waxed there again! So many people don't know what they are doing when it comes to this.

I would also put a little vitamin e on it as well.

I had my eyebrow burned during the waxing but I am sure the lip must hurt 10,000 times more.

I did use vitamin E to help clear up the burn marks on my eyebrow. HTH!

Thanks everyone. I will try your suggestions. The crazy thing is that i have gone to that place for my eyebrows a few times wih no problems. I also have gotten the threading and liked it but this place is closer.
