I did the 250 free ones from Vistaprint. Had to use one of their designs though, but it was ok for what I needed them for.

Overnightprints.com or Bargainprinting.com
ETA- price depends on what you want-paper type, b & w, or full color, etc. Prices are on the websites, and you can upload your own design.

I did Vista print last night. Being that it was the 1st time we used them we got 250 cards for $3.99 and that was one of their premiere designs. I just put in vistaprint to Retail me Not They are normally $19.99 for the premiere design cards.
