Buying an item at TRU and then taking back for Black Friday price adjustment..
Can you do this?
I wanted to get the talking Buzz that is normally $80 bucks. Its on sale for $60 now and the Black Friday circular has it for $40 if I buy it now, can I take my receipt and get the $20 price adjustment?

last year my friend tried to have a price adjustment and was told that the prices offered for black friday were only available for items bought on that day. They didnt offer price adjustments or rainchecks. First come first served.

Where are you guys seeing the black friday ad????? BTW you cannot do price adjustments tried it last year with a cars item and we were told no way no how and very rudely no less.

Definitely no price adjustments for Black Friday items. Sorry. I'm an avid Black Friday shopper.
If you think about it -- if people could do this, it would defeat the purpose of Black Friday.  People would buy everything ahead of time and then go later to do price adjustments.
I know the toy you're talking about -- and TRU is opening at 10pm this year ON Thanksgiving -- so if you want it at the discounted price, you'll have to be there that night, since I guarantee they will sell out of them before the morning.
