C/S ladies...when are you having pre-surgical testing done??
The hospital called my cell ( why they didnt just call my house is beyond me) to schedule my pre-surgical testing for my c-section on Jan 6....I've now left 2 messages for them and they have yet to call me back...just wondering how far in advance they have to do this ( being as New year and the week-end are creeping up)...Thanks

For me I know I have to call 4-5 days before my scheduled date...The office manager said it could happen 2 days before...but more then likely tthe day of...and in alot of cases (for me with twins) they willkeep me overnite that nite and just monitor me until the c-section in the AM

I had to go in for the pre-surgical testing the day before my C-section.

They drew blood, took my height and weight, checked my blood pressure and sugars, etc.

Mine would be no more than 2 days before the surgery. I am still waiting for a date this time, which will depend on my growth sono & fFn tonight, but last time it had to be within 2 days of the surgery.
