C-section moms who run
Trying to get back into running 3 months pp. 2 years ago we did the LI 1/2 and I'd like to do the 10k this year.
When I run, I notice my tummy is very "jiggly"- granted I am 20lbs heavier than I was when I was a "runner" but it almost feels like I have to wear a girdle for support? Like when I run I feel like my whole belly is bouncing Sorry for the TMI
Anyone else have this? Does it go away?

Yes, I started running at 7 weeks post partum and it was so jiggly! It went away over time... like another month or 2. I just wore a tighter fitting tank top and that helped.

Re: C-section moms who run
I am nearly 20 months PP and still have this issue. I was overweight to begin with but not this saggy. I too wear a tight tank top under my tshirt at the gym and try to be conscious of holding my stomach muscles in, especially while working out. I heard that you have to sort of re-train the muscles in that area. HTH

Re: C-section moms who run
I don't have much jiggle (I am 4 mo PP)
but the incision area goes numb after a few minutes of running and it feels weird.
