C25K-best ipod download
Which site has a great download for the C25K program for my ipod? I remember reading something about a program you listen to that tells you when to run and when to walk without having to time yourself.

I used this one. It's a mixture of older and newer music and it tells you when to run. A lot of the other podcasts I found were techno music and I prefer songs with lyrics.

If you have an iPhone or a Droid: I used a free App called "RunHelper App." It allows you to used your own music, has a countdown clock and posts to FB or Twitter with your stats. I love it!! Good luck with the C25K. I just completed it today!!
