Re: caffeine free soda
I drink it maybe a couple of times a week. I wouldn't drink it everyday because of the sugar, but I can't imagine it being that bad.

Re: caffeine free soda
It's not the best. Obviously soda has no nutritional value. I would go for it in moderation.

Re: caffeine free soda
I have been drinking caffeine free diet coke once in a while. However, we are not supposed to have the artificial sweetener that is in it. So, I drink it only when I absolutely feel like I must have soda.

Re: caffeine free soda
caffeine free isn't terrible for you. honestly, i'm a juvenile diabetic and when i was pregnant with my son, all i drank was diet soda and crystal light. (i am not a water drinker to say the least). and my son is just fine! perfectly healthy. this time around, soda just isn't appealing to me as much so i seem to be drinking a ton of crystal light....and i'm not worrying a bit about it. my feeling is that women used to do TERRIBLE things when they were preggo years ago, and babies were fine. everything in moderation is ok for you. obviously i'm not a doctor, but if caffeine free soda makes you happy- i say ENJOY!

Re: caffeine free soda
I never like the idea of the fake sugars in diet sodas, but caffeine free regular shouldn't be a problem except if the carbonation bothers you.

Re: caffeine free soda
In moderation, I think it is fine. Unfortunately, it aggravates my heartburn so much, I tend to stick with non-carbonated stuff.

Re: caffeine free soda
What about adding crystal light to your water?....or is that not good when you are PG?
