Calculating # DPO based on the OPK Smiley
I'm confused. When you get a smiley, does the following day count as 1DPO or do you wait a day and count the second day after the smiley as your 1DPO to allow time for the egg to release after the LH surge?

The surge means that you'll ovulate the next day or the day following that.
To be conservative, I think it's best to count 1 DPO as 3 days after your first +OPK.
