California Pizza Kitchen
I have to go there for a lunch meeting. Does anyone know if they offer any low sodium options? My footkles are huge today. Unfortunately their website is down and I can't check their nutrition info.

mmmmm love that place- I just pulled up the menu at one of the NYC locations- there is nothing that specifically says low sodium- but if you got a pizza and asked them to go easy on the cheese that might help

Not sure about the low sodium food. They do have alot of salads.

Just FYI- even salads in places like this have through the roof sodium.
Not sure why or how they can soak lettuce in salt, but it's insane.
Just maybe eat a small portion and drink tons of water.
Also- potassium conteracts sodium- so if you have access to a banana, some OJ or even a potassium vitamin pill that might help.

oh i didn't know that!! for some reason this morning i was craving OJ so i stopped at McD's and got a large one. I also have a yogurt for a snack later. so i will eat that before i go.

They have the nutrition info right at the table. It might even be at the very back of each menu too if I remember correctly.
