well I think you have your answer. she's a great friend and would be very upset if you backed out. being in a BP is more than just posing for pics. it's being a part of the wedding, it's an honor.
I understand that you would feel self-conscious if you were far along in your pregnancy. But you will be beautiful no matter what. and your friend needs you.

People are very understanding when it comes to this and if she really cares about you she won't care.
Hopefully you will be glowing from having just given birth and everyone will be so happy for you.
It's really you that is more worried than anyone else. And noone said that you HAVE to gain weight when you're pregnant. Try to eat all none package foods. In other words natural things and you will be fine.

Fat and pregnant are two totally different things. I went to wedding this weekend and one of the bridesmaids was 8 mos pregnant and looked gorgeous!!!

i TOTALLY agree with this!! i went to a wedding in september and the MOH was about 7 1/2 months pregnant, and she looked gorgeous and glowing.... it'll be a great memory from your pregnancy, and a great picture to show your kids one day saying " you were there, too " LOL

You will not ruin her pictures at all! My MOH had just had her baby in April before my wedding in May. Yes, she was not the size she wanted to be, but she had a blast and made the most of it by being there for me. I will never thank her enough for being so brave despite not wanting to wear a bridesmaid dress. Do it for your friend. If you're pregnant, fine, post-pregnancy and not back to you size, fine...you will make her day and that's what its all about! Have a great time at the wedding and helping her out!!
