Calling all detectives...
My little brother took a picture on my mom's phone and I think its of some kids show he was watching on TV but I can't figure it out and it's bothering me. I know the picture is fuzzy but does anyone know what this is?

It does but I thought it was from some sort of children's show, like a puppet or something. I feel like I have seen it before.

The animal is definitely a ferret.
