You are not going to find a house in mint condition or possibly even livable condition that is in foreclosure. Sometimes the foreclosure process started over a year ago, the house is not being cared for, often the utilities are turned off for extended periods, its not pretty.these are the kinds of ads you want to try to find, bank owned, vacant (if possible)properties that are fixers.PJS, small but for the price its worth doing a 2nd floor addition Lindy, I bet these pics are old & the inside is trashed but probably still a good deal possibly a great deal in seaford this house was for sale forever, now bank owned find the bank you're going to work with tell them you are are looking at bank owned houses & may want to close fast, make sure they are on board with that.
