calling all speech pathologist! I have a ?

my DD is 3 this September and I see her twisting her tongue when she says some words. normal or a concern?

also, when should she be getting the "s" sounds.
for swim she says bim - has "s" at the end of the words but not the beginning

"S" should be one of the last sounds that she masters......not expected to be perfected until 7 years old....especially in the beginning or middle of words!

As for twisting her tongue....shouldn't be a concern, but maybe explain more?

Hmm this is an interesting question. My DD#2 twists her tongue sometimes when she speaks and I was wondering also if this was normal or okay - but she is only 2 so I wasn't sure if it was something I should be watching for. Her tongue kind of twists almost upside down sometimes when she speaks not sure how else to describe it. I caught it on a video once. She sticks her tongue out a lot too when she concentrates or plays.
