Calling all Swingtown Fans...
I really think Swingtown could be over - as in canceled. The guy who played Laurie's boyfriend (the teacher) is now on the ABC Family show "Greek" and his character is dating one of the main characters.
It is possible that just he left the show...but I don't know.

The boyfriend went to Guatemala for the earthquake relief, maybe he won't be on for a little bit?

It's possible.
He was sporting the same exact "Swingtown 70's" hairstyle in Greek so that gave me the impression that he was filming Greek while he was still on Swingtown.
I'm thinking, if you're on a show that's doing well, why would you look to be in another show? Unless maybe, you were told your current show was coming to an end???
I hope not.

Ohhhh - please no!! First Cane last year, not Swingtown - I LOVE this show!!! But I agree what another poster said, maybe the boyfriend was really only around for a season - being that they left it with him going to Guatemala. Can't be cancelled - I LOVE this show!!! So many cliffhangers - Trina PG, Susan with Roger!!!!!!!!

Yep, I think it will be cancelled.
I wish the writers could just wrap everything up in an essay or something. I hate not having closure.

I am hoping that the show is not cancelled, I really enjoyed it, it was different from everything else on TV now...

I really hope it is not cancelled, I will do some research but I am pretty sure it is coming back in 09....altho Mark Valley who plays one of the swinger friends is also now on the show Fringe..so who really knows...
I would hate to not get closure with this show..its like Models Inc. all over again
