Calling all vegans...
...Can you please give me some meal suggestions? My sister (who is vegan) will be visiting soon....one night will be white pizza & salad, pasta one night.....my DH will not under any circumstance eat tofu  Any ideas?

they have prepared lunches and dinners at Wild By Nature and Whole Foods.
Whole Foods also has a salad bar but it's not just all about salads, it has soups, pasta and dessert.

I'm not a vegan, but you can always try something like a stir fry with tofu, tofu is super easy to cook with. Veggie Chili with lots of beans, Tempeh is easy to pop into chili. a fancy salad always goes over well, I made a gorgeous roasted beetroot salad with pears and a balsamic vinegarette (okay, so it had blue cheese in it, but it didn't need it) You could do stuffed mushrooms, stuffed peppers, stuffed tomatoes, stuffed butternut squash, roasted veggies with some sort of nut roast bought at a healthfood store.

Doesn't white pizza have cheese on it? Wouldn't that be a vegan no-no?
The tomato sauce I make is vegan. You could make sauce and have it over vegan pasta or spaghetti squash.
You could also do vegetable stir-fry.
You could make salad and then have tofu for hers and chicken or shrimp for the non-vegans.

This is my go-to site for vegan meals.
I made a few of the desserts for people who were lactose intolerant. Very very good stuff.
