Camping - food questions

Going camping in a couple of weeks with 4 other families. We got together to discuss who's bringing what so we don't have a ton of stuff like only need a few grills, plates, utensils, tarps, etc.

Anyway, since most of the kids are picky we figured we'd be on our own for most meals. All together for snacks, desserts and smores, but lunch figured we'd bring cold cuts, PB and jelly for the kids, muffins for breakfast, etc.
Anything good to make ahead of time for dinners? I haven't gone camping in years! Any advise on meals? Figured juice boxes and water bottles are fine for the kids and us. Adults will share the alcohol.
Just want to make it as easy as possible.
Thanks!

We usually do burgers and hot dogs one night, chicken one night (marinate before and either put in zip lock or Tupperware), Steak (also marinate ahead). You can even do tacos with the chicken or steak and get tortillas and heat them on the grill.

Grill veggies also.

And don't forget the stuff for S'mores

Are you bringing a pot and camping stove or have a fire pit for a pot? If so bring canned soups, baked beans, chef Boyardee etc. Or heat up water and add to ramen noodles.

On the healthier side last year we brought a bag of apples and oranges , grapes, bananas and a whole watermelon or other melon. Also peppers, onions, eggplant, asparagus, mushrooms for foil packs to grill.

Meat was hot dogs, kielbasa and burgers. Can marinate chicken ahead of time.

I made various salads (quinoa, chickpea, black bean etc) and got good Tupperware to store.

My kids like raw veggies so cucumber and baby carrots.

I don't trust cold cuts for long.

We always bring hot dogs, hamburgers, steak, kielbasa. We bring beans and make macaroni salad, coleslaw and potato salad for sides. We also bring some fruit like apples or oranges.
