Can anyone in Brooklyn recommend their Ped?
Today was the 2nd time my ped's office denied DD a visit--even though she has a fever, cough and diarrhea! I was told to bring her to the "after hours" center at 6 tonight.

Re: Can anyone in Brooklyn recommend their Ped?
I second Gabriel Pediatrics-
My 2 good friends use them and LOVE them, im seriously jealous bc im in Manhattan and am not liking my Ped either (same issue as you)
My friends kids get seen same day if they have a fever or are not well, they do strep test etc. They have never had an issue with not being seen when sick. They have sick/well rooms as well.
If i was closer I would def use them.
GL!

When I was there in March they said they are again. Of course, since DD is already a patient was getting in regardless..

I second them! I've met with 3 of the peds already, the staff is great. My favorite is Dr. Nick Faraci, he's avail on Wednesdays and imo he is the best.

We used them (on SI) when Ds was a newborn and will go back to them if/when we move back.
My SMIL has been with them for 19 years with her kids and loves them

Re: Can anyone in Brooklyn recommend their Ped?
We use Gabriel Pediatrics too and love them. Actually Dr. Gabriel (the father) was my ped and now his sons have the practice with othe drs. We love Dr. Raptis. He is so good with my children and has gone above and behind for them.
