Can anyone please help...Having trouble printing a 5x7 invitation on microsoft word
I am trying to print out some baby shower invites. i have to get these out tomorrow morning and i can't figure out how to print them!!
please help!! i am using microsoft word.

not sure if its a formatting issue you're having....but have you tried changing the setting for your printer for that page size?

are you printing to a full sheet of paper or 5x7 paper?

it keeps saying the margins are outside the printable area what does that mean???

Adjust the printer page size setting, then take a test invitation and run one through.... it may be fine despite that warning... sometimes it's a false alarm... sometimes it actually DOES mean your margins are too wide and the font will run off of the edge of the paper.
If that's the case, you have to shrink down the margins a tad to get the font centered on your invitation....

the font is running off the edge of the paper
the words are printing out all the way towards the right side.
what do i need to do now?

what program is it in? if its in MS word then go to page set up and decrease the margin size, leaving more room on each side. if its in MS Excel, if you do print preview, click on margins and you can just move them around until you see it looks like it would all fit on one page in the preview.

Something similar happened to me last week so I ended up taping (yes, scotch taping) them to a piece of regular sized paper and running the invitations through.
I could not figure it out and it was driving me insane so after a little troubleshooting and testing, it all worked out fine.

yes
It sounds then that your left margin is off. Make sure you have the orientation set correctly. Make your margins 0.25 or 0.50 on all sides, depending on your layout.
