can anyone rec a make up counter where i can get a really good lesson on how to apply makeup?
I need someone to show me the right way to do certain things like how to use the concealer properly under my eyes( terrible dark circles) and also eye shadow. i can do one color on my lids but i want to know how to do the 3 colors blended.
I also want to buy new makeup so it has to be brand thats good

I know mac & sephora do trials and they are free if you spend $50.
