Can anyone reccomend a good exercise video
I keep reading in my books about pregnancy exercise videos. Anyone out there using these? Can you suggest some for me. Thanks

YES...Preggie Bellies! It's done on a stability ball and i love it. It takes some of the stress off the knees but it is a great workout, at least I think so!
