Can anyone recommend a deep conditioner
I was considering getting deep conditioning at the salon this summer to prevent the humidity from frizzing my hair but I'm considering trying a deep conditioner at home first (like a weekly treatment or something similar). Any suggestions?

I don't know your hair type, but my hair is very frizzy/curly and I like using this Carol's Daughter Hair Smoothie Conditioner.

My hair isn't completely unruly....just doesn't behave as much as I'd like it to in the humidity

I second this! I got highlights once and it made my hair feel like straw - after one treatment my hair felt like silk.
