I am being sued for an accident that I was in three years ago and I love my lawyer! He is the lawyer for Progressive, so I'm not sure if they do outside cases??

All the ambulance chasers will find you, believe me!!! Within a few days, I am sure you will have some calls from attorneys.

And then hire one that did not chase you down! Attorneys are not supposed to cold call.

when the cops came they gave the girl a ticket but didnt arrest her bc they didnt see her talking on her cell phone...
Are they supposed to arrest her b/c she was on her cell phone? At least if you do decide to sue her you won't have a hard time proving she was on her cell phone b/c you can match her cell phone record with the time of the accident.

They don't arrest you if you are talking on a cell phone, it is a ticket.
If you do pursue a lawsuit, as long as it has the ticket she recieved on the police report, that is all that matter.
And to answer two other questions, the lawyer from Progressive does not do both sides and people shouldn't be calling you after you have an accident.

I was just a crying mess and didnt really understand why the ticket only...
