Can anyone recommend a good pair of sunglasses
I am looking to buy a decent pair of sunglasses. I usually spend max $20 (i dont even think i spend that much) and i am sick of them breaking on me all the time. (I am not surprise that they do i am just sick of it  ).
I have decided that i am going to splurge on a pair of nice sunglasses that will hopefully last. Can any one recommend a good pair. While I am not looking to spen $300 on pair I am willing to probably spend max $150.
I really know nothing about fashion so i have no idea what to look for

That's what I would recommend. I spent closer to $200 because the lenses are polarized but the non-polarized ones are about $120 to $140. They are so classic, IMO, and I love how they look and fit.

Another vote for RayBans over here.. I have 4 pairs of RB, among others (I'm a sunglass wh0re). and the RB are classic and timeless.. I would recommend you splurge for the polarized as well.. MAJOR difference..

thanks for the suggestion. I am not really a fan of aviators glasses or any type of metal frames (no offense to any of you just not my style and again i admit i have no fashion sense ) However i see they have a Jackiee ohh collection which seems nice but I would have to seem them in person.
Since i am not into the aviators would you still recommend ray bans?

Check out Marc by Marc Jacobs. They have great styles that are usually in the $95 price range. I got a pair years ago that I still wear!

Definitely go to Lord and Taylor and try on the ones they have out. Many range from 100-150 (michael kors, armani, ray ban, d+g, juicy, marc by marc jacobs)....also go to the sunglasshut inside a macy's store and the same thing, many are in the price range. :)

I agree - go to Sunglass Hut and try them on.
I have a pair of polarized Dolce and Gabbana sunglasses I got at Sunglass Hut. They were $179 bc polarized. They were having a sale at the outlet a few weeks ago - buy one pair, get one FREE of certain sunglasses. DH got a pair of polarized Ray Bans (not metal frame) and my D&G ones were free - they were both originally the same price. His brother got the same pair of sunglasses two weeks prior for the same price, but no "get one free."
I also have a pair of Coach sunglasses (not polarized) that I LOVE. Those were $168 I think. Sometimes the outlet carries sunglasses as well.

loehmanns has tons of designer sungalsses...also skas off fifth outlet in deer park has a fab selection.

me too love them they are the best sunglasses that i have ever owned. And beleive me i have tried a bunch..I went to sunglass hut and tried a bunch on then bought them on ebay for a fraction of the cost. good luck

Prada had them for 5 years dropped them, stuffed it in my bag, went to beach, and they are still good!
