Can anyone recommend a gym in Plainedge area?
I'm moved into my house about 6 months ago & am looking for a gym to join. Any recommendations from experience in the Farmingdale/Massapequa/Bethpage area?

gym on hemp tpke on the bethpage/ farmingdale border in the palmers shopping center. can't remember the name though.

I think there is still a Lucille Roberts in that huge shopping center. I used to be a member when I first started going to a gym. I think its the corner of South Oyster Bay Rd and Old Country Rd.????
ETA: Sorry I thought you meant Plainview LOL
There is a Lucille Roberts and Synergy in Massapequa on Sunrise and there is Golds Gym in Farmingdale. There actually are ALOT of gyms in that area.

there is also a Dolphin on Conklin St. and Maint St. in Farmingdale.
Fitness 2000 is kinda small.
eta: there is a curves (or a curves like place) on main street.
There is a Lucille roberts on Sunrise in Massapequa
There is a Powerhouse on Smith street (east of 110 were the businesses are) in Farmingdale - I went to that gym in HS, lots of meatheads
 , but that meant no wait on the cardio!
