can anyone recommend a personal trainer?
that i wont have to join a gym for?
ive lost a lot of weight on my own but i want to now tone my whole body and its just not happening.
i want to be very fit by our delayed honeymoon in 3 months
preferably someone in nassau

I went to one before my HM...At fit one, in Massapequa, his name is Lee...he kicked my a$$ into shape fast...I got nice and tone for the weddding and HM!
They are a little $$ though
