Can anyone recommend a prenatal yoga dvd?

Both of these I found to be good. Both are a bit different. But good. For Shiva's you'll need to get a yoga block and a yoga strap... but need nothing for the Crunch. I also found the Crunch to be more personable. The instructor talked, while Shiva's was more meditative.

I have Yoga Moma, I love the video - but get sick of the instructor - it is kinda annoying to hear the same commentary all the time ...

Thanks! My two friends and I are each going to get 1 or 2 and share them to try to avoid getting bored of them too fast

Ugh, i got one out of the library and I cannot stand the woman who does the class, she is the most annoying person ever!!!
