Can anyone recommend a Roofer?
Would anyone be able to recommend a reliable, reasonably priced roofer?
Thanks!

Re: Can anyone recommend a Roofer?
We just got this done in Feb.
We have a ranch, it had 2 layers of roofing and a leaking chiminey.
$4250 to rip off both layers, 3 free boards of wood, applied on arcitechural roof, realigned the gutters and put in a sunroof (we bought the sunroof, they dropped in and boxed out. We have to finish the inside work). They also religned our chimney with silicone and fixed some flashing.
They guarentee work and labor for 1 year. He said he'd come back even if it was after one year for free. There was not one speck of old roofing on my lawn when they were done. Everything was cleaned perfectly!
FJR Affordable Roofing - they were wonderful. Frank (owner) 516-433-0400. They will match or beat competitors too.
They also let us buy our own wood, since we knew we had a leak and would need more than the three free boards they gave us. He had no problem letting us buy our own supplies and save money.
FM me with any questions!

Tom Morse Roofing and Siding 516-799-1735
We had to replace half of our 5 year old roof because the roofers the previous owner used did not lay it right and we had floods. Tom tried lots of different ways of fixing it before telling us to replace the portion, because he didn't want us to have to spend alot.
His wife works with my DH. I highly recommend him! He did my windows and in-laws' siding too!
