Debbie - DAS Pest Control Services she's in seaford, i'm not sure where you are located, but she was fantastic, I think she charges $150 for the inspection, i'm not sure how much it was after that becuase the seller had to pay for the treatment. here's her #

Argonaut Pest Control....my mom is the office manager. Paula 631-567-2621. Not sure how much they charge though.
