can anyone recommend a train table?
DS is starting to get into thomas the train. we'd like to get him a train table, but not one of the $300 thomas ones. 
does anyone have one they recommend--preferably if it comes with tracks and/or trains? is it compatible with thomas trains?

We have the Imaginarium one, its usually $129-159 and has an entire train set on it

We have this one too. We bought it at XMas time when it was on sale, and used a coupon!
DS LOVES it- the Thomas wooden trains work GREAT on it. The die cast (metal) ones work well too.

we had the thomas trundle, then sold it.
we are tableless now and find it so much better then having that big piece of furniture always in the way.
he builds tracks every single day, just on the floor. tons and tons of wooden tracks with lots of different stations.
ac moore for all trains with a coupon.
