Can anyone recommend movers???
In the midst of having a baby - we have to be out of our apartment shortly and was wondering if anyone can recommend some movers.
We don't have too much stuff to move - mainly furniture (Queen Size Bed, Sofa, Loveseat, some endtables) and some boxes. It is a studio apt.
Anyway I don't know how much any of this costs or if anyone can recommend some movers they have had a good experience with. We are only moving a couple of miles away. South Nassau.

Leonetti Brothers in Oceanside are EXCELLENT. We have used them twice in the past two months and they have been great. Highly recommended!

We used Tufano Moving & Storage 516-239-5991
They moved us from an apt in Williston Park to our house in Lindenhurst. The move went so fast they finished in 2 hours less than estimated. Not a single thing was damaged.
They moved my mother from an apt in Glen Oaks to her house in New Hyde Park and again, fast friendly and no problems.
I got estimates from several moving companies and chose Tufano. They weren't the lowest but very reasonable and professional.

Leonetti Brothers in Oceanside, actually just got off the phone with them, they're great!
Used them last year for our move to our apt and we're using them again on Monday for the move into our house.
The guys we had were great, nothing was ruined and they even helped dh install our new air conditioners in our windows before they left!
